Nothing comes up when accessing the shopping cart admin

Question : Nothing comes up when accessing the shopping cart admin
I uploaded the shopping cart on my webhost. i added the tables. when i try to access the Admin/ index.php page, nothing comes up. Do you think my webhost has a problem with the PHP server version? They are at 4.0.1.

The admin pages uses session in the authentication process ( login ) and as far as i can remember PHP 4.0.1 can't handle session. I guess you just have to ask your host to upgrade their PHP, it's just way too old.
